1. Who can buy from Venbeck?

Anyone can buy from Venbeck. Both businesses and members of the public are welcome to purchase from us. You do not need a special card or business registration to shop at our retail outlets. Our wholesale pricing is available to everyone who buys at our premises in Tzaneen.

2. What’s the difference between your wholesale and retail offering?

Our wholesale side offers bulk quantities at competitive wholesale prices, ideal for businesses, spaza shops, restaurants and caterers. Our retail shops (Superette and Café) offer smaller baskets and greater convenience. Both are open to the public and businesses alike.

3. Can I shop online?

Yes. You can browse our full product range on the website. However, to place an order and complete checkout online, you need a registered Venbeck account. Walk-in customers can still purchase without an account at our physical stores.

4. Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer reliable delivery, mainly focused on our B2B customers.

5. Do you offer credit facilities?

Yes. Credit terms are available to approved business customers. Please complete our Credit Application Form. Cash customers can pay on order or on delivery.

6. How fresh is your butchery meat?

Our butchery supplies fresh, A-grade beef and other meats daily. All meat is butchered on-site or sourced locally to ensure maximum freshness.

7. What should I do if I’m not happy with a product?

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. While our formal returns policy is strict (especially for perishable goods), we always aim to resolve any quality concerns fairly and quickly.

Saturday: 08:00 – 14:00
Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
